About the role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Technical Accounting Specialist to join our global finance team. The role will support accurate and compliant accounting for complex revenue transactions, with a strong focus on US GAAP (ASC 606) and Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS 115).
What you'll do
- Revenue Recognition & Contract Review
- Review complex, multi-element customer contracts involving software, services and licensing components
- Apply the five-step revenue recognition model to new and modified contracts, including identification of performance obligations
- Partner with Sales, Legal and Business Operations teams on deal structures and product offerings to support appropriate accounting and financial reporting outcomes.…
- Research and document conclusions on technical accounting matters, including business combinations, leases and impairment, under US GAAP and Ind AS
