About the role
You will work directly with client delivery teams, so this is a hands-on role with real customer exposure.
What you'll do
- Design and deliver test data solutions — data subsetting, masking/de-identification, and provisioning across lower environments
- Build and maintain TDM pipelines and automation for refresh, provisioning, and self-service data requests
- Profile source data and define masking rules that protect PII/PHI while keeping data referentially intact and realistic
- Work across relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL) — writing SQL, troubleshooting, and tuning
- Partner with QA, dev, and client teams to understand data needs and turn them around quickly
