We seek an IT Manager to lead our Information Technology department at the Asian Heart Institute. This role is critical for ensuring data availability, preventing data loss and corruption, and maintaining an efficient IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a commitment to excellence, and the ability to drive the adoption of innovative technologies.

What you'll do

• IT Department Management Organize and manage the IT department to deliver high-quality support and innovation
• Develop and implement short-term and long-term departmental goals
• Ensure compliance with quality standards (ISO)
• Maintain effective communication and foster a collaborative work environment
• Data & Network Management Supervise daily tape backups, scheduling reports, and database management systems (DBMS)
