What you'll do
- Provide comprehensive patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing interventions
- Monitor patient vitals and clinical condition; promptly report any changes to the medical team
- Administer medications, injections, and IV therapies as per physician orders
- Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and surgeries as required
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records, treatment plans, and progress notes
