About the role
The ideal candidate to have experience of working in a Home Décor showroom. The Goal will be to ensure store team is driving Décor category sales and are adhering to operational excellence guidelines to create delightful experience for customers. What you'll do
- Driving Sales thru store staff
- Drive Store level GMV and Revenue
- Store staff will report to Sales officer directly. Sales Officer is responsible for productivity of each store staff
- Maintain customer level Index
- Meeting customers for conversion
