What you'll do
- Training and Employee Involvement
- Conduct safety induction programs for all new joinees and continuous safety training for all employees working in the plant
- Organize mock drills for various emergency situations
- Participate in plant safety meetings and ensure closure of safety points arising from such meetings
- Communicate safety guidelines through displays, safety signs, in‑house magazines, safety literature, annual plant safety performance reports, etc
