About the role

What you'll do
- Reporting of data as required to SSE, UH & central function
- Monitoring daily updates of all activities on the Paint Assist app
- Ensuring prompt lead assignment and conversion of leads assigned to CAs/Sales Associates(SAs)
- Handling escalated customer & dealer complaints ensuring high satisfaction scores
- Executing business generation initiatives in the assigned territory to generate business
