What you'll do
- Prepare plan to achieve the assigned business objectives for the Unit on a monthly level and work towards achievement of targets
- Collaborate with sales team in achieving overall unit level value and volume targets through regular reviews and guidance
- Ensure smooth implementation and execution of all initiatives and schemes being launched at unit level
- Identify opportunities and come up with initiatives to promote the sale of new products
- Analyze unit level sales data and take measures to improve the key performance parameters
