ASSA ABLOY Shree Mahavir Metalcraft Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated Automation Engineer – Smart Manufacturing to drive automation, digitalization, and process optimization initiatives across manufacturing operations. The role is responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining automation systems that enhance productivity, quality, efficiency, and workplace safety.
What you'll do
- Design, develop, and implement automation solutions for manufacturing processes, including SPM machines, Press machines, Electroplating and Electrophoresis process
- Lead end-to-end automation projects involving PLC programming, HMI development, SCADA systems, servo motion applications, machine control systems, interlocking systems
- Drive automation initiatives to reduce manual operations through robotic pick-and-place systems, automated feeding systems, industrial robotics
- Identify and implement low-cost automation solutions to improve productivity, efficiency, and operational reliability
