About the role
Responsible for delivering solution design and system configuration for Odoo Sales, CRM and Service Management applications, Supply Chain, Procurement and Warehouse Management applications, ensuring successful implementation and adoption of standardized Lead-to-Cash, Service Delivery processes, Subscription , Procure-to-pay, Manufacturing and Inventory management processes across business units.
What you'll do
- Responsible for delivering solution design and system configuration for Odoo Sales, CRM and Service Management applications, Supply Chain
- Responsible for Odoo CRM, Sales and Service, Procurement, Inventory and Warehouse Management module configuration and associated developments
- Facilitate and support business stakeholders, solution architects and project lead from requirement gathering through solution design with focus on Sales and Services
- Analyse business requirements related to Opportunity Management, Quotations, Sales Orders, Customer Contracts, Service Requests and Customer Support operations
- Configure core Odoo applications including CRM, Sales, Subscription, Helpdesk, Project and Field Service
