What you'll do
- HR Operations & Compliance
- Oversee accurate and timely payroll processing and all statutory compliance obligations
- Manage HR audits and maintain 100% compliance with global company policies
- Liaise with government bodies including factory inspectors, labour departments, and local authorities as required
- Oversee general administration — housekeeping, canteen operations, and plant security
