About the role
ASSA ABLOY Shree Mahavir Metalcraft Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Project Engineer – Manufacturing Excellence & Industrial Projects to drive capital investment projects, manufacturing expansion initiatives, automation deployments, and technology upgrades across the plant.
What you'll do
- Project Planning & Execution
- Lead end-to-end execution of engineering and capital investment projects from concept approval through commissioning and operational handover
- Prepare comprehensive project proposals including technical specifications, budgetary estimates, return-on-investment (ROI) analysis, project schedules
- Conduct technical and commercial feasibility studies for new machinery, manufacturing technologies, automation systems, and process improvements
- Develop detailed project timelines, resource plans, and milestone tracking mechanisms to ensure successful project delivery
