What you'll do
- Work collaboratively with software engineering, infrastructure, and security to automate deployment and operation of our systems hosted in AWS Cloud
- Help automate and streamline our operations and processes. Build and maintain tools for deployment, monitoring and operations
- Work on complex, major, or highly visible tasks in support of multiple projects that require multiple areas of expertise
- Provide support incident response and readiness as part of an Operations Center
- Support incident & change management processes for cloud services
