About the role
Manufacturing Technology Support Analyst provides operational and technical support for manufacturing platforms across ASSA ABLOY Door Group facilities. These platforms include ShopGrid, a custom MES solution with a significant footprint across the Door Group, Inductive Automation Ignition, ERP integrations, reporting solutions, and manufacturing databases.
What you'll do
- Facilitate incidents, service requests, and feature requests through ServiceNow, including prioritization, routing, tracking, communication, and closure
- Troubleshoot MES workflows, work orders, routings, transactions, configuration, access, reports, and ERP integration issues
- Support Ignition applications using Python/Jython scripting, tag configuration, gateway diagnostics, database connectivity, and application testing
- Use SQL to validate data, investigate discrepancies, support root cause analysis, and monitor interfaces and system health
- Execute functional and regression testing for updates, enhancements, integrations, and deployments
