About the role
As the Lead Checker - Civil & Structural , the incumbent shall be responsible for ensuring the quality, accuracy, completeness, and compliance of all civil & structural drawings, calculations, and engineering deliverables before submission to the client.
What you'll do
- Review and check civil & structural drawings, calculations, BOQs, and deliverables for technical correctness, quality, and compliance with project requirements
- Ensure adherence to client specifications, applicable codes, standards, and company quality procedures
- Verify deliverables related to buildings, foundations, equipment structures, gantries, roads, drainage systems, and cable trenches
- Perform inter-disciplinary checks and coordinate with Electrical, Mechanical, and other disciplines to ensure consistency and clash-free designs
- Review and close internal/client comments prior to submission
