About the role
The Quantity Surveyor is responsible for managing project quantities, cost estimation, budgeting, billing, contract administration, and cost control for infrastructure projects. The role ensures commercial compliance, accurate measurement of works, timely preparation of client and subcontractor bills, and effective management of project costs throughout the project lifecycle.
What you'll do
- Prepare quantity take-offs, BOQs, and cost estimates from project drawings and specifications
- Verify executed quantities and monitor project costs against approved budgets
- Prepare and process client RA bills and certify subcontractor invoices
- Manage contract administration, variations, claims, and change orders
- Support tendering, procurement, and commercial evaluations
