. Review the bill of measurements made by contractors in case interim payments are required.
What you'll do
- Review the Master schedule prepared by various contractors for implementation and monitor progress. Report to Client on constraints/Suggest ways to improve
- Review the master bar chart showing all the components, critical components
- Measure the progress of execution of the Project and update the programme as and when necessary
- Conduct Monthly meetings to review the status of all activities and also to identify interface issues with different contractors
- Review of work quality and record action taken thereon incase of any corrective works
