About the role
We are seeking a highly experienced Drainage / Hydrology Engineer to lead the planning, analysis, and design of surface and subsurface drainage systems for infrastructure and development projects. The role involves hydrological modeling, flood risk assessment, stormwater management design, and ensuring compliance with applicable standards and regulatory requirements.
What you'll do
- Hydrology & Hydraulic Analysis
- Perform hydrological studies including rainfall-runoff analysis, watershed modeling, and flood estimation
- Conduct hydraulic analysis for open channels, culverts, stormwater networks, and river systems
- Develop floodplain maps and assess flood risks using appropriate models
- Design stormwater drainage systems including: Roadside drainage (gutters, ditches)
