About the role
The role is tasked with collaborating with internal teams and assisting and analyzing data used for the maintenance of global software assets managed in the asset management tool.
What you'll do
- Perform a variety of tasks in support of the Vendor Management team
- Collaborate with internal teams and assist in the data collection, recording and maintenance of global software assets managed in the asset management tool
- Work with internal customers and suppliers to resolve invoice and payment issues
- Confirm proper contract and order data, data entry and reporting of assigned products and services
- Analyze, review and investigate inaccurate and/or missing information related to software assets
