About the role

The role requires a hands-on professional capable of independently managing a remote industrial facility, ensuring uninterrupted support functions for critical aerospace testing operations while maintaining compliance, safety, cost efficiency, and operational excellence.

What you'll do

• Facility Administration & Infrastructure Management
• Lead overall administration and maintenance of the facility, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans for civil, electrical, mechanical, utility, and support infrastructure
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and contractors for facility upkeep and expansion activities
• Maintain asset registers, infrastructure records, service contracts, and statutory documentation
