What you'll do
- In-house inspection (QC Lab)
- Inspect machined and fabricated parts at every stage against the drawing, GD&T and inspection plan
- Carry out First Article Inspection (FAI) for new parts and design changes and prepare FAI reports as per AS9102
- Use precision instruments, CMM and VMM to check critical features
- Make sure parts going into propellant and oxygen lines are cleaned and handled appropriately and keep the work area free of FOD
