About the role
Responsible for the design of tooling for fabrication, assembly, inspection, maintenance, modification, and safe handling of welding fixtures, forming dies, pipe bending dies, structure handling beams, tilting fixtures, and support stands used in Launch vehicle Integration.
What you'll do
- Fixture Design and Methods Engineering
- Design tooling for Manufacture and assemble welding fixtures, forming dies, pipe
- Bending dies, handling beams, and support stands as per engineering drawings
- Create process flow sheets and work schedules, Planning of raw material procurement as per BoM
- Interpret Design documents, GD&T, and manufacturing methods
