What you'll do
- Identify and prioritize use cases: Work directly with business teams to understand their processes, identify low-value or repetitive tasks
- Develop end-to-end internal tools: Build user interfaces, backend services, workflows, agents, and integrations through to operational deployment
- Ensure security and responsible AI: Apply data protection, confidentiality, traceability, human oversight, and risk management requirements
- Measure impact: Define adoption, quality, and operational efficiency metrics with business teams and track the value delivered after deployment
- Build reusable solutions: Document components and agents, avoid duplication
