What you'll do
- In this role, you will be the technical backbone ensuring that our Configure, Price
- Triage, debug, and resolve complex application errors, data sync failures, and pricing mismatch issues
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve incoming tickets
- Accurately document issues and efficiently escalate tickets to senior team members, or relevant cross-functional teams
- Identify and troubleshoot data integration sync errors between the CPQ platform and connected enterprise systems
