What you'll do
- Support sales by booking sales orders in SAP Act!, Do regular follow-ups with product companies for timely delivery of equipments to customer
- Follow the process laid by zones and support sales team for backend activities related to sales
- Order Booking:- Receive the order from sales team and dealers through C4C; Book order in SAP Act ; Communicate order acknowledgement to the customer / dealer
- Order Execution:- Prepare standard documentation for order execution and invoicing
