What you'll do
- As a Software Support Engineer for PivotWare, your mission is to provide expert technical support, installation
- Play a vital role in ensuring high system availability, seamless customer operations, and continuous improvement in line with industry requirements
- By leveraging your technical expertise, you will help our customers maximize the performance and reliability of their production systems
- Handle customer support tickets via the internal ticketing system and ensure resolution within defined SLAs
- Perform installation and commissioning of PivotWare solutions at customer sites
