What you'll do
- Create, update and maintain digital spare parts catalogue and other technical documentation using appropriate authoring tools
- Translate field-service practices, engineering information and product knowledge into clear and executable service procedures
- Collect, evaluate and validate technical inputs including 3D models, BOMs, service data and product information
- Collaborate with Product Engineering, Service, Product Management, Business Areas and external vendors to resolve technical queries and ensure completeness of inputs
- Develop strong knowledge of vacuum products, service processes, configurations and field-service requirements
