- Perform support operations for .NET applications, ensuring SLAs and KPIs are consistently met
- Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes for recurring issues
- Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and business teams to ensure seamless support
- Monitor application health and performance using tools like GCP Operations Suite
- Manage change requests, deployments, and patching activities in coordination with stakeholders
