About the role
Seeking an experienced OT/ICS Penetration Tester to conduct security assessments, penetration testing, attack-path analysis, and adversary simulation across industrial and critical infrastructure environments. The role focuses on identifying vulnerabilities and attack paths across OT networks, SCADA/ICS systems, PLCs, HMIs, industrial DMZs, remote access infrastructure, and IT/OT environments.
What you'll do
- Perform OT/ICS security assessments across Purdue Levels 0-3
- Assess SCADA, PLCs, HMIs, historians, engineering workstations, and OT network architecture
- Evaluate IT/OT attack paths, segmentation, firewalls, remote access, and industrial DMZs
- Conduct controlled red team and adversary simulation exercises
- Assess privilege escalation, lateral movement, identity exposure, and credential security
