About the role
Act as the commercial and financial partner for the Bengaluru GCC, supporting leadership in driving profitable growth, operational excellence, cost optimization, workforce planning, investment governance and strategic decision making across multiple service lines supporting Vacuum and Photonics businesses.

- Partner with GCC leadership to drive the location, bringing in efficiencies across functions
- Lead budgeting, forecasting and monthly performance reviews
- Drive cost transparency and productivity initiatives
- Drive Business modelling and financial modelling with the best benefits to the organization
- Support service pricing, chargeback models and transfer pricing coordination
