About the role
The position is responsible for managing and release of raw materials, testing custom formulations, monitoring production batches, and ensuring product quality meets established specifications. The role also involves laboratory analyses, operating analytical instruments, maintaining accurate documentation, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives while adhering to safety, GMP, and laboratory quality standards.
What you'll do
- Safety, Health & Environmental (SHE)
- Strictly adhere to all laboratory safety procedures, chemical handling protocols, and company EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) policies
- Review and comply with Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for all chemicals used in the laboratory and manufacturing processes
- Ensure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including safety glasses, gloves, respirators, lab coats, and other required protective gear
- Conduct risk assessments and Job Safety Analyses (JSA) before performing new tests, experiments, or handling hazardous chemicals
