About the role
In this role, you will collaborate across the business, working closely with Product Management, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Applications Engineering to develop and support a broad portfolio of Residual Gas Analysis (RGA) products. The position spans the full product lifecycle, from concept development and prototype design through to verification, validation, and successful transfer into production.
What you'll do
- Working closely with Product Management and Applications Engineering to understand customer and application requirements
- Leading and contributing to the ideation, design, development, and prototype evaluation of new products
- Mentoring engineers and technicians in UHV principles, contamination control, design methodologies, and systematic troubleshooting techniques
- Developing and executing performance, reliability, and qualification test plans
- Designing and supporting the development of test fixtures, equipment, and methodologies used for product verification and validation
