About the role
The Sr. Supplier Development Manager is responsible for leading a team to drive supplier and supply chain development activities within the assigned region. This role focuses on identifying, assessing, qualifying, and developing suppliers to support current and future business requirements.
What you'll do
- Responsible for leading a team to drive supplier and supply chain development activities within the assigned region
- Define and execute MKS' Supplier Quality & Development strategy for assigned region
- Build and lead a high-performing team of Supplier Quality Development Engineers
- Establish supplier quality goals aligned to corporate objectives and customer expectations
- Drive a culture of proactive risk identification, prevention, and continuous improvement throughout the supply base
