About the role
We are looking for a proactive and execution-oriented HR Generalist to manage end-to-end HR activities at our Roorkee location . The incumbent will be responsible for driving recruitment across plant and support functions while also supporting HR operations, employee lifecycle management, engagement, attendance, documentation, and HR compliance activities.
What you'll do
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for plant, technical, operations, and support-function positions
- Partner with Hiring Managers to understand manpower requirements, JDs, KRAs, required competencies, and hiring timelines
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, recruitment consultants, local networks, and other sourcing channels
- Conduct initial screening and HR interviews to assess candidate suitability, experience, communication, compensation, and cultural fit
- Coordinate technical/functional interviews with respective Hiring Managers and stakeholders
