About the role
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic IT Intern to support our IT team in day-to-day technical operations. The intern will gain hands-on experience in IT infrastructure, user support, system administration, hardware and software troubleshooting, and IT asset management.
What you'll do
- Provide first-level technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Assist in installation, configuration, and maintenance of desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment
- Support user account creation, password resets, and access management
- Monitor and maintain IT assets and inventory records
- Assist in troubleshooting operating system, application, and connectivity issues
