About the role
Timely dispatch of Raw Material to the Recycling Facility Increase 3PL vendor base and monitor contractual compliance. Management, Planning, Budgeting of Manpower & Infrastructure within the region for existing operation and future expansion. Responsible for all the SLA’s & TAT adherence including Value Added Services and customised solutions.
What you'll do
- Lead and manage overall Logistics operations across multiple cities, WH & stores within the region for B2B and C2B verticals
- Ensuring seamless collections for B2B and C2B operations
- Load and Cost optimization
- Process efficiency and service quality delivery
- Track KPIs such as First attempt collection, Inventory holding, Cost per Shipment, and other Productivity metrics
