About the role
Responsible for managing shift operations, ensuring safe and efficient plant performance, monitoring process parameters, coordinating manpower and maintenance activities, and achieving production targets as per approved process and quality requirements.
What you'll do
- Supervise complete shift-wise plant operations and ensure smooth and safe production
- Monitor process parameters such as temperature, pressure, pH, flow, level, vacuum, steam pressure, and chemical dosing
- RCVD – Rotary Cone Vacuum Dryer
- ANFD – Agitated Nutsche Filter Dryer
- Pumps and chemical dosing systems
