About the role
In this role you will be responsible for managing shift quality operations, driving zero defect initiatives and ensuring adherence to Autoliv standards. You will need to deliver strong DPMU performance, reduce scrap and ensure smooth coordination across departments while maintaining safety and quality excellence.
What you'll do
- Manage end-to-end shift quality operations across A, B and C shifts
- Drive DPMU reduction and zero defect initiatives
- Analyze quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions
- Monitor and reduce scrap cost through structured improvement activities
- Interact with customers during audits and plant visits
