You will need to ensure high equipment reliability, minimize downtime, and drive continuous improvements in maintenance processes. Manage shift-wise maintenance and operations of assigned AMG
What you'll do
- Be responsible for managing SB AMG maintenance operations with full ownership of performance deliverables and KPIs
- Need to ensure high equipment reliability, minimize downtime, and drive continuous improvements in maintenance processes
- Manage shift-wise maintenance and operations of assigned AMG
- Ensure daily machine breakdowns are within defined AMG targets
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures
