About the role
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Plant Process Engineering & Development (PED) Leader to drive manufacturing excellence, industrialization, automation, and digital transformation initiatives. This role will be responsible for developing world-class manufacturing systems, enhancing productivity, optimizing capacity, leading CAPEX projects, and ensuring successful new product introductions while supporting the plant's Industry 4.0 journey.
What you'll do
- Industrialization & Manufacturing Excellence
- Lead greenfield and brownfield industrialization projects from concept to implementation
- Design and optimize manufacturing lines, layouts, and workflows in line with global standards and ergonomic requirements
- Install, validate, and industrialize new equipment and processes to support product launches
- Drive process improvements through line balancing, efficiency enhancement, and resource optimization
