You will need to deliver strong DPMU performance, reduce scrap and ensure smooth coordination across departments while maintaining safety and quality excellence.
What you'll do
- Manage end-to-end shift quality operations across A, B and C shifts
- Drive DPMU reduction and zero defect initiatives
- Analyze quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions
- Monitor and reduce scrap cost through structured improvement activities
- Interact with customers during audits and plant visits
