About the role
We are looking for an experienced Demand Planning Manager to lead end-to-end customer order management and demand planning activities. The role ensures product availability, accurate order processing, and on-time fulfillment while driving supply chain efficiency and customer satisfaction.
What you'll do
- Order Management & Fulfillment
- Receive, review, and process customer orders (EDI, portal uploads, or manual entry)
- Maintain accurate order data in ERP/MRP systems
- Track OE and spare deliveries to ensure 100% delivery assurance
- Communicate confirmed delivery dates and manage expedites or changes proactively
