About the role

This includes acquiring domain knowledge, growing technical skills, supporting the customers, resolving problems, and training as required.

- Support new features, scaling, automation and self-healing processes for sites and systems
- Identify and implement configuration changes to improve performance and reliability as necessary
- Coordinate with product owners and business partners to address the Business problems and document them as needed
