About the role
In this role, you will partner with HCM software vendors and their professional services teams to make customer onboarding faster, more accurate and less manual — bringing implementation know-how to our product and engineering teams and shaping the AI solutions that deliver it.
What you'll do
- Map current-state implementation and onboarding processes and identify where work is slowest, riskiest or most repetitive
- Design future-state processes with measurable gains in cycle time, accuracy and consultant effort, and build the business case
- Own the product vision, roadmap and backlog; write epics, user stories and acceptance criteria engineers can build and test against
- Prioritise AI use cases such as document extraction, requirements mapping, rules and gap validation, consultant copilots and test automation
- Act as the team’s authority on payroll and HCM configuration, and codify SME knowledge into business rules and validation logic
