Product Manager

About the role

You will work closely with technical and commercial partners to guide product direction, align priorities, and support decisions that balance scientific depth with business impact.

What you'll do

• Gather input from visitors, staff, and other stakeholders to understand needs and identify opportunities for improvement
• Develop clear product plans, goals, and timelines, and keep work moving from idea through launch
• Coordinate with teams across the organization to plan, deliver, and improve products, programs, or services
• Define how success will be measured and track results such as customer feedback, participation, revenue, or other agreed-upon goals
• Use research and performance data to recommend changes and guide future product decisions
