- Create and manage a library of standardized communication templates
- Work closely with the Marketing Team to align customer communication content for new communications or revise existing communications
- Partner with Technology Teams to ensure that new communications are integrated into the system and delivered as per agreed timelines
- Keep track of key metrics to measure the effectiveness and consistency of standardized communications
