Entry-level supply chain role at Avantor in Coimbatore. Open to freshers.
About the role
Entry level position; answers routine questions and issues from external or internal customers. Frequently escalates more complex customer complaints or issues to more senior customer service representatives. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling routine queries and resolving issues from both internal and external customers in a professional and timely manner.
What you'll do
- Coordinate with many other departments to ensure an efficient daily workflow
- Ensure export licenses are in place
- Ensure temperature-controlled products are treated in the correct way
- Ensure all chemicals have at least 12 months expiry prior to shipment
- Ensure internal account managers are informed of any credit blocks or price discrepancies on orders
