About the role
Contributes to the implementation of new data management processes, standards, and operational plans, ensuring improvements in data accuracy, security, and governance. Supports master data management efforts related to product, customer, and regulatory data to maintain consistency across business functions.
What you'll do
- Support day-to-day Epicor ERP and enterprise system needs by helping users document issues, clarify requirements
- Facilitate cross-functional discussions to evaluate business needs, recommend best practices, and prioritize enhancement opportunities
- Support testing, validation, deployment, and change management activities for system upgrades, enhancements, and process improvements
- Utilize ABS methodologies and continuous improvement principles to optimize business processes and system performance
- Develop and deliver training materials, user documentation, and end-user learning programs through online learning platforms, Viva Engage
