Payroll Analyst I

About the role

Performs a variety of complex and technical payroll tasks, including checking of trial and final payroll outputs, processing off-cycle payments and providing hands on support to queries received from associates, HR, managers and local government offices. Resolves payroll issues and engages with internal and external stakeholders to exchange information and provide clarifications necessary to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing and compliance.

What you'll do

• Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing in compliance with local labor laws and internal policies
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of international payroll regulations, statutory benefits, and compliance requirements
• Take full responsibility for reviewing trial and final payroll outputs, including payslips, gross-to-net reports, variance analysis, payment files, and statutory filings
• Collaborate with Finance to ensure accurate month-end reporting, including journal creation and reconciliation; assist with resolving open queries
• Process off-cycle payments such as final pay, bonuses, and commissions
