Sr. Business Analyst - Global Customer Reporting

About the role

Under limited supervision, responsible for generating metrics and other reports to the business on time with accuracy in data. Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems. Filter and clean data, and review computer reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and maintain customized reports, dashboards, and data models to deliver accurate, actionable, and timely insights to stakeholders
• Leverage tools such as Excel macros, Power Apps, Power Automate, and BI platforms to automate data extraction, transformation, and reporting processes
• Create intuitive and visually compelling dashboards and visualizations using tools like Power BI, Tableau, and Excel to effectively communicate insights
• Ensure robust data governance by implementing best practices for data accuracy, integrity, and consistency through validation, quality checks, and issue resolution
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including business stakeholders, data engineers, and IT—to gather requirements and deliver data-driven insights
